In the fourth quarter of 2024, the top fish-themed games on iOS in the Middle East showed varied performance in terms of downloads, revenue, and active user engagement, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Fishdom by Playrix experienced a gradual decline in weekly downloads, starting from around 23K at the beginning of October and closing the year with approximately 7.4K. Its weekly revenue followed a similar downtrend, peaking at $65.7K in early October and ending December at about $57K. Active users, however, fluctuated, starting at 64K and ending the quarter with a slight increase to 58K.

Fishdom Solitaire also by Playrix, maintained a modest performance. Weekly downloads remained consistent, hovering around 200. Revenue showed a mild increase towards the end of the quarter, rising to $2.5K in late December. Active user numbers decreased from 767 to 567 by the end of the year.

Octopus Feast from Rollic Games saw a significant drop in both downloads and active users. Downloads plummeted from 649 at the start of the quarter to virtually zero by the end. Revenue also declined sharply, starting at $1.9K and dropping to $253 in December. Active users followed a similar downward trajectory, ending the quarter with just 7 users.

Hungry Shark Evolution by Ubisoft showed more stability. Downloads were relatively stable, averaging around 2K weekly, with a notable peak of 3.7K in late November. Revenue varied slightly, peaking at $1.4K in early December. Active users remained steady, closing the quarter at approximately 15K.

Hungry Shark World, also from Ubisoft, experienced a consistent pattern in downloads, maintaining around 1.4K weekly towards the end of the quarter. Revenue increased towards the end of December, peaking at $1K. The active user base showed resilience, ending the quarter with around 9.7K users.
